MIDF INVEST LUCKY DRAW MSAM 2022

"MIDF Invest Lucky Draw MSAM 2022" is hosted by Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF) to encourage Malaysians to learn and invest through MIDF Invest App.

There will be a Daily Lucky Draw and the Grand Prize Lucky Draw.

ELIGIBILITY

1. MIDF Invest Lucky Draw is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia.

2. To join the Lucky Draw, follow these simple steps :
   • Download MIDF Invest mobile application either from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
   • Complete the onboarding process on the spot.
   • Show the completion page to MIDF staff and receive 1 ticket to be eligible for the Daily prize and Grand Prize Lucky Draw.

3. For Grand Prize, only if the participant has done a single trade, the participant will be qualified to win the Grand Prize Lucky Draw.

4. MIDF will do the daily lucky draw on daily basis for 7 days from 24 November to 30 November 2022. The lucky draw will be done at 6.00 pm daily.

5. Existing MIDF Invest customers who do not submit a ticket still eligible to win one special Grand Prize (Ipad or free shares). The draw for this will be done after MSAM week and announced on MIDF social media.

6. The Lucky Draw for the grand prize will be on 30th November 2022.

7. By joining the Share Trading Game, the participant is deemed to have consented to the use of his/her contact details for MIDF's future marketing purposes. MIDF respects the privacy of the participant and will not share the contact details with any third party.

8. The participant is hereby deemed to have consented to the MIDF’s use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, comments for use in MIDF publications, including publicity or promotional materials.

9. Staff of MIDF and its group of companies namely MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad, MIDF Amanah Asset Management Berhad and Amanah International Finance Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate.

PERIOD

10. The Lucky Draw contest will be held from 24-30 November 2022.

CATEGORIES & PRIZES

11. To join the Lucky Draw, follow these simple steps :
    • Category 1 - Grand Prize Lucky Draw: (New Client)*

       *Only client who have traded can win the Grand Prize

    • Category 2 – Grand Prize Lucky Draw (Existing Client)*

       *Only clients who have traded can win the Grand Prize

    • Category 3 - Daily Winners: (New Registered Client at MSAM 2022)

12. The prizes for each category are :

13. Each winner, upon claiming the winning prize must first :
    • prove that he/she is a registered user of the MIDF Invest app; and
    • traded at least once using the app (for Grand Prize & Special prize).

14. An official representative from MIDF will be contacting the winners to arrange for the prize collection.

15. Winners can collect their prizes at MIDF Booth during MSAM.

16. Alternatively, winners can collect the physical prizes at MIDF head office at Menara MIDF, 82, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur after MSAM from 2nd December 2022. An official representative from MIDF will be contacting the winners to arrange for the prize collection.

17. The winners of physical prizes (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, or headphones) must come and collect the prizes personally or nominate another individual with written authorisation to collect on his/ her behalf. Suppose the winners are not able to collect the prizes personally or nominate another individual to collect on his/her behalf. In that case, MIDF shall, subject to agreement with the winners, determine an alternative method of delivering the prizes.

18. Prizes are strictly non-exchangeable.

19. MIDF does not provide any form of practical or IT (Information & Technology) support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the warranty and the product are that of the prize winner

20. Any images of the prizes shown on any of the MIDF websites, MIDF Invest app and social media platforms are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes and/or brands of the items may differ depending on the availability of the product.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

21. MIDF will select the Grand Prize based on lucky Draw Tickets submitted throughout MSAM seven days. All decisions will be recorded, audited and FINAL.

22. MIDF will select the Daily Winners based on daily submission at MIDF booth MSAM until 6pm. All decisions will be recorded, audited and FINAL.

23. The winner of the Daily Winners is still entitled to win the prize for the Grand Lucky Draw.

24. As participants are expected to have basic exposure on the stocks listed in the NYSE and Nasdaq, MIDF is not responsible to inform participants in the event of losses on the investment.

25. MIDF has full and final discretion whether to disqualify participants

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

26. Grand Prize winners will be announced latest on December 1st at 5 pm on the MIDF social media channels.

27. Daily Winners will be announced daily the following day on MIDF social media channels.

28. Participants should ensure that the contact details are accurate and most recent. Failure to contact the winner due to inaccurate contact details will result to striking out of his/her name and the winning prize will go to the first runner up winner.

29. MIDF reserves the right to cancel or delay the announcement of the winners.

GENERAL

30. MIDF may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete, or discontinue any aspect of the programme (including the cancellation or discontinuation of the programme and/or to replacements and/or substitutions of the prize being offered) or any part of these Terms & Conditions and the participant agrees to be bound by such amendments.

31. By participating and submitting details to this game, participants agree to the full Terms & Conditions of the Share Trading Game.

32. MIDF shall have the ownership rights over all creative thinking and ideas created and mooted by participants in this Share Trading Game.
