How do I close my MIDF Invest account?

To close your MIDF Invest account, please ensure that your MIDF Invest account does not have any of the following; 

a)     No open or pending orders 

b)     No available cash balance 

c)     No pending transactions 

d)     No virtual assets (MIDF Invest coins)

*Please ensure that your account has a USD 0 and RM 0 balance.

Once all the steps above are completed, please follow below steps:

1. Log in to your MIDF Invest mobile app

2. Click on the "More" button

3. Click "Settings"

4. Click on the "Close Account" button

How long will it take to close my MIDF Invest account?

Your account will be closed within 7 - 14 business days upon the approval of your account closure request (to ensure no outstanding balances/open orders in your account)

Can I reopen my MIDF Invest account after closure?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reopen an account that has been closed.

Can I still participate in any promotional or referral program under MIDF Invest after closing my account?

You will not be entitled to participate in any promotional or referral program under MIDF Invest.

Can I cancel my account closure request?

Once the account closure request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I still log in to my account after my account is closed?

Once your account has been closed, you will no longer be able to log in to your account with your email ID and password.

Can I perform any transaction in my account after closure?

No transactional activity can take place in your account after closure (deposit, withdrawal, conversion, and trading).
